Major General Plan Amendments have a minimum of a 60-day Public Review Process. This cycle begins on March 3, 2021 and will end on May 2, 2021.
Proposal for GPA 20-01 Grantham, by Brandon Henry of RKAA Architects, Inc. on behalf of Woody Grantham: A request to amend the General Plan Land Use designation for the +/- 24 acre site located on the south side of Highway 93, near the intersection of Scenic Loop Road. The proposal is to change from Rural Residential Land Use to Commercial Land Use.
